BEAZA is a specialty coffee platform that helps customers discover participating coffee shops and use digital ordering and related customer experiences where supported.

BEAZA is not a restaurant, bank, payment institution, delivery fleet, or the employer of merchant staff unless separately documented in an approved commercial agreement.

Participating coffee shops operate independently. Orders are fulfilled by the merchant. The precise commercial model (for example marketplace intermediary, software provider, or other) is LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED and is not finalized in this engineering summary.

Customer accounts are created and accessed through the BEAZA app using phone-based authentication. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone and verification codes secure.

BEAZA support will never ask for your password or one-time authentication codes.

Minimum age / eligibility: LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED.

Ordering modes, menus, prices, and availability vary by merchant, branch, time, and operational status. Placing an order does not by itself guarantee that a merchant will accept or fulfill it; merchant acceptance and preparation workflows apply where implemented.

Order Ahead does not guarantee zero wait.

From Car may support arrival updates where enabled. BEAZA does not guarantee automatic arrival detection for every order, branch, or location.

Dine-In QR ordering at participating tables does not include reservations, bill splitting, waiter chat, or seat allocation.

Supported payment methods depend on merchant and market configuration. Card payments are processed through a payment provider abstraction; BEAZA does not store full card numbers or CVV in application databases.

Refund eligibility and timing depend on order state, tender type, and provider/bank processing. Exact refund windows (for example “7 days” or “3–5 business days”) are LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED and are not promised here.

BEAZA Wallet is closed-loop stored credit for use at participating merchants. It is not a bank account, deposit account, or cash-withdrawal product. Peer-to-peer transfers and bank withdrawals are not supported.

Wallet balance expiry and regulated wallet classification: LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED.

Platform points are earn-only today and are not redeemable at checkout as cash or payment tender.

Merchant stamp programs may unlock rewards subject to merchant-specific rules. Points are not defined as cash unless counsel and product policy approve that classification.

Gift credit claim and eligible item redemption exist where enabled. Paid gift purchasing is not currently fully operational end-to-end everywhere.

Gift expiry defaults exist in software for operational reasons; public legal expiry policy is LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED and is not set by implementation defaults alone.

BEAZA does not promise 100% uptime or continuous uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product evolves.
