Coffee credit gifts will let recipients claim credit into their BEAZA Wallet when gifting is enabled.

Menu-item gifts will redeem at eligible branches when gifting is enabled in your market.
How gifting works
From sender to recipient.
Gifting will be managed in the BEAZA mobile app. Paid gift purchasing is currently disabled for the controlled pilot and is not available on this website.

Choose a gift
Select coffee credit or a menu item from a participating merchant when gifting becomes available in the app.

Add a recipient
Provide the recipient details required in the app — typically a mobile number for verification.

Recipient is notified
When a gift is issued after verified payment, delivery may appear in the BEAZA app and through supported channels.

Claim and enjoy
The recipient claims credit to their wallet or redeems an item gift at an eligible branch.
Gift purchasing unavailable
Paid gift purchasing is disabled during the controlled pilot. This website does not process gift payments, and the app will not complete paid gift checkout until the capability is enabled.
How recipients receive gifts
When a gift is issued after verified payment, notification may appear in the BEAZA app. SMS or WhatsApp delivery is only used where that channel is configured — BEAZA does not guarantee a specific external delivery method.
Participating merchants and markets
Item gifts will be tied to participating merchants when enabled. Credit gifts will follow platform gift rules shown in the app. Gifts may have expiry periods displayed in the app.
